Terminology

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with trulszk.com website (the "Service", or "Website") operated by TrulsZK ("we", "our", us", or "TrulsZK").

You further acknowledge and agree that TrulsZK shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

7. Termination

7.1 We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to you violating the Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

8.1 You agree to use the Service only for purposes permitted by TrulsZK, and only to the extent permitted by these Terms and Conditions and applicable law(s), furthermore you may not do any of the following:

8.3 You may not perform any action that at our sole discretion, may be doubtful from danger, risk, complaint, or repetitional perspective in any way whatsoever, furthermore we may refuse any action either temporary or permanently at any time for any reason, or no reason at all.

9. Limitation Of Liability

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Our failure to enforce our rights and/or your obligations or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11.3 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the unenforceable part shall be replaced by a valid, enforceable term that most closely matches the intent of the original term, and the remaining terms shall be enforced.

11.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
